About Us...
Named after the patron saint of Mothers, The St. Monica Enrichment Center is a facility that is dedicated to promoting Christ's love by focusing on the well-being of families in an effort to improve the quality of local communities. This venue offers a catering kitchen, 2 handicap accessible bathrooms, a room dedicated to helping support motherhood and an event room that can accommodate up to 50 people. All events such as family reunions, baby showers, wedding showers, business meetings, health classes, cooking sessions, educational courses, etc. are welcomed and encouraged. The St. Monica Enrichment Center was brought into fruition by Ivan and Kristin Meyer of Garden Plain, Kansas. Ivan and Kristin are mostly known for their contributions to the area through Meyer Petting Zoo. The Meyer Petting Zoo has supported many programs and organizations such as the St. Anthony Pro-Life Outreach Ministry and the Heart and Soles Zambia Shoe Campaign. Their love and dedication to the south-central Kansas communities is immeasurable. They Meyers want to give back to the area through this new facility and they look forward to meeting you.
