Superintendent Tylor Struckman has served the City of Garden Plain since 2023 and brings over 20 years of experience in public works and non-profit local government service administration. Prior to the City, Tylor worked as an OSHA and DOL certified safety inspector and trainer for Kansas Municipal Utilities (KMU), and as Public Works Director for the City of Goddard, Kansas.
