Residents enjoy three community parks and softball/baseball fields. Our parks are the center of many of our community events and gatherings. Throughout the spring, summer and fall the ball fields are busy with league and tournament games until late in the night. Our facilities continue to be the envy of visiting teams because of the dedication of community volunteers.

Beck Field, located on Main Street, has 4.77 acres devoted entirely to ball field purposes.

City Park, A ten acre park located on the east side of the city is fully developed and includes newly refurbished tennis courts, a softball diamond, basketball court, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, shelters, picnicking areas, and playground equipment. New modern playground equipment was added this summer with the help of community volunteers.

You can reserve the entire park or certain areas of the park, by clicking on the link below, printing off the form, and bringing it to the City Office at 505 N. Main. The park shelter and ball diamond cannot be reserved during league play.
